TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Participation in the tournament is open to teams of all skill levels, with the requirement of having at least 3 women on the field per team.

SCHEDULE

Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 AM

CHECK-IN at the REGISTRATION OFFICE

During check-in, it will be necessary to provide an original signature on the list of athletes participating in the tournament before the start of the matches.

Check-in times:

• Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday from 8:00 AM

Registration and Payment Procedures

To register for the tournament, you must complete the online procedures by the deadline of July 31, 2024. Please note that simply entering data or making a payment online will not be considered valid for registration.

REQUIRED: MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE (competitive or non-competitive). Different types of medical certificates (e.g., driver's license, work, etc.) will not be accepted.

The registration fee is 15 Euros per person.

The minimum deposit for team registration is 90 Euros, to be paid via bank transfer to IBAN  IT44Q0548464230000001000021, indicating in the payment description the number received in the registration email (example: '00001 VOLLEYBALL'), the team name, and the name and surname of the responsible person.

Send a copy of the payment receipt to pallavolo@festadivernasso.it in pdf format.

Online registration will close once the 120th team has registered.

The registration fee includes for each registered participant:

• Vernasso 2024 T-shirt
• Voucher for pasta Saturday
• Voucher for pasta Sunday

!! IMPORTANT !!

The participation of minor athletes in all sporting events is subject to the presence of a waiver signed by at least one parent. (downloadable from the website as "Authorization for Minor Athletes").
