Rules for camping guests

The main and sole purpose of these rules is to regulate and raise awareness among all camping guests about CIVIL BEHAVIOR in RESPECT of the ENVIRONMENT and PEOPLE.

  1. Camping is prohibited without prior authorization from the organizers.

  2. Camping is only allowed in the areas designated by the organizers, as indicated on the map displayed at the tournament registration office. It is not permitted to occupy any area other than those indicated. To optimize space and allow access for all, each tent must use only the space strictly necessary. MINORS may camp only if accompanied by one of their parents.

  3. Authorization must be obtained at the TENT REGISTRATION OFFICE during posted hours, by presenting an ID of the tent’s responsible person and completing a form listing all individuals staying in the tent. Once registered, you will receive a numbered tag identifying the tent, which must be displayed on the outside for inspection by staff or authorities. Additionally, an identification bracelet will be issued and must be worn throughout the stay.

  4. Staying in the camping areas implies full acceptance of these rules; violations will result in the removal of offenders. Ignorance of the rules cannot be used as an excuse.

  5. Camping is allowed from Thursday at 4:00 PM until Monday at 10:00 AM during the event.

  6. Entry and parking of cars, motorcycles, or any vehicles in the camping areas is strictly prohibited.

  7. It is forbidden to use equipment or objects owned by or provided for use by the association (e.g., tables, benches, etc.).

  8. The sale of any goods is prohibited within the festival grounds, including parking areas.

  9. Playing or listening to loud music is prohibited. Absolute silence must be observed between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and also from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Every effort must be made to avoid disturbing others’ rest or activities during the stay.

  10. Lighting of any bonfires, torches, or fires is strictly forbidden. Use of camping gas (such as lamps, grills, and stoves) is allowed, subject to current safety regulations (Camping gas cylinder, max 10 kg, with approved and non-expired hoses and approved valves). A "Liability Declaration" must be completed at the registration office.

  11. The use of combustion engine generators is prohibited unless they are of the latest generation and silent. Even then, they must be turned off after 2:00 AM. A "Liability Declaration" must also be completed.

  12. Cutting or damaging plants and shrubs or introducing pollutants into the soil is strictly forbidden.

  13. Glass containers (bottles, jars, glasses, etc.) and cans are not allowed in the campsite or festival area.

  14. The possession and consumption of any kind of hard liquor (over 21% alcohol) is prohibited.

  15. Do not litter or leave behind any items that cause dirt, degradation, or danger. Use personal trash bags and those provided by the organizers to keep the area clean.

The Cultural Association "Insieme per Vernasso" declines any responsibility for damage to people or property occurring within the camping park. It is not liable for the loss of guest items/valuables, damages or theft in parking areas or event zones, or damages caused by falling trees or branches due to weather events. A Security and Safety Service will be active within the camping area.
