Vernasso Festival 2025: Sports, Music, and Energy from August 7 to 10

From August 7 to 10, 2025, Vernasso hosted one of the liveliest and most well-attended editions of its historic festival, blending sports, music, and conviviality in four days of events that kept the town buzzing from morning until late at night.

Thursday, August 7 – A Lively Start

The official opening kicked off with an aperitif at the Enoteca and DeRiver, followed at 9:00 PM on the main stage by SATISFACTION 2000, which immediately set the festive tone.

Friday, August 8 – High Energy and Double Stages

Friday’s program featured an aperitif in the Central Area and, from 9:30 PM, a double music lineup: on the main stage, Radio WOW – Girl Power with Francesca Toffanin and Sofia Cibotto, while the Garden hosted a live performance by PET & SONS.

Saturday, August 9 – Sports and Variety

The day began with the start of the men’s soccer and volleyball tournaments, followed by aperitifs at the Enoteca, DeRiver, and Garden Doccia. In the evening, entertainment came in pairs: on the main stage, the variety show “Tutti Sotto Palco” by Igor Pezzi with the Sound Check band, and in the Garden, the live performance of ABSOLUTE5.

Sunday, August 10 – Finals and a Grand Finale

Sunday was dedicated to the decisive phases of the sports tournaments, along with an MTB & E-MTB excursion and the 4th Grass Volleyball Tournament. After the finals and awards ceremonies, the festival wrapped up in style with Cindy and The Rock History on the main stage and the 10th edition of the House Party with Luca Bix Mopse in the Garden.

International Sports Participation

The volleyball tournament, with 120 teams divided into the “Bravi,” “Belli,” and “Buoni” categories, included two Belgian teams, one Austrian team, and three English teams. The soccer tournament, with 32 teams, also welcomed one Hungarian team.

Organization and Acknowledgements

Supporting this major event were no fewer than 8 kiosks and around 500 volunteers, who worked tirelessly to ensure its success. A special thanks goes to all participants in the sporting events, to the volunteers who lent a hand, and to everyone who helped make this edition possible.

Thanks to sunny weather and joint effort, the 2025 Festa di Vernasso confirmed itself as a must-attend event for young people, families, and sports enthusiasts, blending music, sports, and great food in an unmatched atmosphere.
